FAQ

1-      Is breakfast included? What kind of breakfast?

Yes. Breakfast is included. We offer cereals, milk, pastries, toasts, sweets, butter, tea, chocolate and of course express coffee.

2-      Do you have a guest kitchen?

Yes, we have a common kitchen where you can cook your favorite meals.

Also our staff will inform you about the best and the cheapest dishes that are prepared at the hostel every day (you will eat like at home…or better!) 

3-      Do we need to bring sheets or sleeping bags?

This is an important question: At the Tangoinn Hostels we provide you with everything you need: sheets, blankets, bedspread, pillows, etc, at no extra charge or fee. If you need towels as well ( they are included in the price in the private rooms only).

We will ask you for a small deposit that we will give back to you when you check out.

4-      Is smoking allowed inside any of the hostels?

Smoking is allowed in the authorized areas inside the Hostel, but we are very strict outside of them. Anyways we also have a garden for those who cannot wait, as long as we all respect the non-smoke areas.   

5-      Drugs in the Hostel?

At the Tangoinn Hostels the use of any kind of drug is prohibited. Any person who uses drugs inside the Hostel will be immediately expelled and the entrance will be denied in the future, regardless of the legal measures that are implied.  

6-      What activities can we do at the Tangoinn Hostels!?

We have parties with the presence of the local DJ. The days that we decide to do this kind of parties are a surprise!

We have karaoke parties, we do let you know with anticipation about them, so that you can be the rock star of the night, but please don’t break the glass if your singing is not very good!...Also, once a week we have a big BBQ night so that all the passengers in the hostel can share and get to know each other! 

7-      Do you have any room to leave our bags in the bedrooms? And where can we leave our bags when we check out?

Every guest has a locker in their room with a lock as well to leave their bags. Even though the lockers are really safe we are not responsible for any valuable items you place inside them.

In the reception we have safety boxes at no extra charge that you can use to save any valuable objects like documents or money.

We have a luggage room in case you need to leave your luggage the day you check out. There is no extra fee to use it, but the luggage room will only be open every 2 hours for 5 minutes so that you can either leave your luggage or pick it up. If you need us to open it outside of the predetermined timeframe we will charge you a small fee.

You can only place your bags in the luggage room the day you check out, and you will need to pick it up before 10 pm on the same day because of security reasons. Any luggage that exceeds the time specified might be inspected by our staff. In such a case, Tangoinn Hostels won’t take responsibility for any damages or loses that may be caused.

If the luggage is not removed and Tangoinn Hostels considers it safe, it will be stored, but in order to collect it you will need to pay the costs for the daily storage
